Q、Why I cannot receive the verification code after registration?: (1) Please confirm that you have input a correct email address:

c. Did you use a wrong email address?

Q、Why I failed to login?: Please confirm that the account ID and the password you entered is corret. There might be some reasons that makes you cannot registered a new account:
(1) the spelling of your account ID, the spelling of your password
(2) need captital letters or not
(3) did you press the Caps Lock or Num Lock button by mistake

Q、How can I do if I forget my password?: (1) You can get back your password by clicking "Forget password".
(2) You can re-set your password by entering the verification code sent to your email.

Q、How can I delete my account?: You can delete your account by clicking on "Setting" Tag, and then choose"delete my account".
(it is reminded that you will not receive any survey invitation email after deleting your account for 1-5 days.)

Surveys related issues

Q、Newly joined, how do I do the survey?: You may not receive the invitation email once registered. After receiving the invitation email, you can earn points through "My survey" on the website. There are three ways to earn points:
(1) Through "My survey" tag (PC website, moblie website explorer and DataRolls APP )
When you log in to the DataRolls account, all surveys are displayed in "My Survey", you may click to participate. An invitation email can be received within one to two days after registration.
(2) Invitation email
Member of validated account: When you meet the survey criteria, the DataRolls will send the survey invitation email to your registered email in the shortest possible time. You can participate through the survey link in the invitation email.
Member of unvalidated account: Members who did not verify this account would not enjoy the email notification. He could only participate in the survey through the “My Survey” online.
(3) Through DataRolls APP
a. Download the Viewfruid APP and you can receive the first hand notification.
b. Login our App daily and will not miss any chances for the tasks.

Q、Why do I rarely get the survey invitation although I have been in the DataRolls for some time?: Surveys are published almost daily, but each survey has specific conditions for participation, such as age, gender, region, income, and so on. So not every survey is suitable for you. We will only select surveys that meet your conditions then invite you to participate.
Tips: A detailed personal information filled in provides a greater chance of being selected for participating in the survey. Completing the verification of emails will also help you to obtain more survey opportunities.

Q、Why did the survey I participating prompted me that I had participated before?: (1) In order to prevent a few users from maliciously repeating the in surveys, we have imposed strict restrictions on every survey. A member can only answer once for each survey. The reminding notice will pop up if the system found you have particated in the survey before.
(2) Due to the huge amount of website visitors, sometimes the speed of opening the survey state survey page will be slower or you will be interrupted in the middle of the survey. In this case, please be patient or refresh the page, do not rush to close the page.
(3) If you have participated in the same survey on other websites, you will also be reminded that "You have participated in this survey."

Q、If you cannot return to homepage and the system cannot record your answer, what does the situation m: A sudden failure occurred during network data transmission when individual survey was completed. Q、Why are my points being deducted?: DataRolls surveys require participants to provide real and objective feedback so that they can provide better products and services in the future. If we find that you provided false information, inconsistent and invalid answers at the time of the audit, we will not issue corresponding rewards and points will be deducted. If the circumstances are serious, your participation authority will be canceled or your account will be deleted.
For the questionnaire that not approved and was found to be invalid. The reason for deducting the reward points is as follows:
(1) The answering time is too short: For example, the average length of the questionnaire is 20 minutes, and the questionnaire whose answer time is less than 10 minutes will be judged invalid by the system.
(2) Inconsistent filling: There are several types of questions in the questionnaire: single selection, multiple selection, form scoring, video, sound, and images.
A. Linear answer selection: Select all the answers in the same row or the same column option. (For example, all stores scored 9 points)
B. Inconsistency in answering questions: For example, in the previous question, the answer was to use a X product, but in the latter question, that particular product was not selected.
C. Failed to pass the verification question: Some questionnaire designers will insert a designated option title in the survey. For example, the title requires the member to select the “B” option. If the member does not read the title carefully and selects other options, the system will determine that the questionnaire is invalid.
D. When required to enter your personal opinion, input the invalid information: For example, enter “123456” or “ABC” meaningless content in the “Your Feedback” field.
(3) Other malicious cheating activities identified by system technology.

Q、How can I do so that I will not miss the chance to do the surveys?: (1) Enrich the content of your basic information and value-added informaiton.
(2) Download the mobile APP to get the invitation notice.
(3) Regularly check "My survey" in the website.
(4) Verify your registered email and you will receive the invitation email cosntanly. ( Reminder: Sometimes the emails may be sent to the trash/spam by mistake. In order to prevent this situation, we highly recommend you save our service account ‘no-reply@accounts.datarolls.com’ into your contacts.
(5) Do the survey as soon as possible after you receive the invitation email, in order to prevent the samples size have been fufilled.

Q、Why do I show that I am not eligible or the quota is full after I participate in the survey?: Each business survey has a certain sample size limit. When each condition reaches the sample collection quantity, although the entire project may still be in progress, if you participate, you may be informed that “quantity is full” or “not eligible”.
(1) Each questionnaire is limited to one member only.
(2) If the number of samples collected is reached, the questionnaire will automatically end. Please answer as soon as possible after receiving the questionnaire.

Q、Why can't I sometimes enter the survey?: (1) The server connection speed is slow: Due to the different network environment, please be patient and wait. Sometimes some questionnaires on overseas servers will be slower .
(2) Large amont of participants at the same time: sometimes the number of people participating in the survey at the same time is large, which may result in delay in server response. It is recommended that you choose another time to participate.
It you found errors occurs when you clicking the survey link, please contact us together with the survey number. ( For example, each survey are asigned with an unique survey number. For example, Online Survey（P19C00032385）, then P19C00032385 would be the survey number.)

Q、Why I cannot get points after completing the survey?: You don't need to be worried if you have finished the survey, even though the points did not add to your account. Valid samples of the survey will sent to us in the back-end database after the survey is over. If you fail to score in time after completing the survey, the system will automatically detect and add points in time. This situation is very rare, the reasons may be the following:
(1) Return of the questionnaire results Due to network reasons, you need to wait longer. In this case, you need to wait a few more minutes after clicking the Complete Questionnaire button, do not close the browser immediately.
(2) Maybe your own network is not very stable.
(3) A sudden failure occurs during network data transmission.

The system will generate an unique invitation link for you when you are going to found your survey team. Sent that link to your friends and let them register through the link, and they would be assigned to your survey team automatically.

Redemption related issues

Q、How to redeem points to cash?: Click "My wallet"-Point redemption-select the amount you want to redeem, the minimum points for redemption is 2500Points.

Q、How long does it take for my cash redemption?: Normally, the points redemption audit is conducted every Monday and is paid within 1-5 business days. Please allow delay for holidays.

Q、Unsuccessful redemption points will be returned, why?: The main reasons for not receiving payment are the following:
1. The member's PayPal account information is incorrect.
2.A member has registered multiple accounts. The system only pays for valid accounts.
3. Within the week of redemption, if some of the points are deducted due to certain illegal operations, the system will automatically cancel the redemption application and return the remaining points to the member's account.
